Up for sale is my 1985 BMW 735i. It has 168xxx miles on it and runs very well. It has a 3.5L inline 6 engine and 4 speed automatic transmission. I tuned the engine up about 5000 miles ago and it runs very nicely. Smooth and powerful, starts everytime. Oil and filter just changed 1000 miles ago. Transmission shifts perfectly with no slips, noises, or banging. There are no leaks under the vehicle. The leather seats are in decent shape, with only the driver's side showing wear to the finish, no major cracks and no tears. Both seats have full power adjustability and they work like they should. The car is fitted with aftermarket wheels and "normal" size tires 205/55/R16 Goodyears. They are in good shape. The front 4 piston and rear 2 piston calipers were rebuilt and painted just before I bought the car. The brakes are also equipped with ABS which works like it should. Now for the not so good... There is no title for this car. CT does not require titles for vehicles this old so I will be providing a bill of sale only! If this is a problem don't bid!!! The radio is factory and does NOT work. The A/C is charged but there is an issue with the climate control panel (which is common among these models) and therefore the A/C does not work. If you jump power to the compressor the A/C blows ice cold! There is a vibration in the front end caused by a worn suspension link in the right front. The replacement part is available online or at your local parts supply for $70. So all in all a very solid car which runs well and drives great. Dependable as a daily driver or a great parts car. I'm selling this car with absolutely no warranty. Please remember that it's 27 years old!! Don't think you'll be getting a show car here! Questions, please email me.
