Hello, up for auction is a 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner Race Car/Prostreet project car. It has spent a good part of its life being a race car. It is a great candidate to keep it as a race car, turn into a prostreet, or even back to stock, with a little extra work. It has a clear WI title. Engine- It does not come with an engine. Tranny- It comes with a 727 automatic. It worked when engine was pulled years back, but a rebuild is recommended. Rearend- It comes with a ford 9" that is just held together enough to move car around. If $6,800.00 is hit you with have the option to have a freshly rebuilt Dana 60. Rims and Tires- What you see in the pictures is what you get, unless you would rather have a different rear set that matches the front two. Glass- All the glass is good, except the front windshield has some rock chips in it. Body- This is a solid car, from what I can see, except for the rear wheel wells were cut out for larger rubber and never covered(see pictures), a hole was cut in the truck floor, i'm guessing for a fuel cell(also pictured) and the hole cut in the fire wall(also pictured). The inner front fenders were replaced with lighter pieces(one missing is in the trunk). The frame has been connected and a very well done 6 point roll bar has been installed. Floor boards and truck are solid(except wheel wells). The quarter panels and doors feel solid, but might have mud(never know until you take it down)? Roof, deck lid, and lower window panel look solid except for a slite bit of surface rust starting by lower rear window. Front fenders, hood, and front bumper are fiberglass. One fender will need a crack fixed. Read bumper is in good shape, but has a ding or two. Grill and tail lights are in good shape and exterior trim looks to be in good shape. Interior- Well what you see is what you get. steering column is auto on column, but it is setup with the aftermarket unit on the floor. steering wheel is after market. I believe it has headliner in it ? Roll bar. After market seat with holes drilled in it to lighten it up. Has carpet in part of it. A mix of stock and aftermarket gauges. I am listing this for a friend, so I probably missed somethings, so please ask any questions you may have, the final price is the final price.
