Vehicle Detail
~$31,900 is the advertised price. I will do a Buy it now for a serious buyer and reserve the right to end auction at anytime. I can be reached at (6I9).. 889..9579... ~This is a very rare and highly unique 1959 Plymouth Fury Convertible. Life long, dry California car. I have the original sales contract and warranty card from the dealer in Hawthorne, California where it was sold new. It is a beautiful summer cruiser that draws a HUGE crowd anywhere you take it. It is a very different early Big Fin Mopar that stands out in a sea of Chevys and Fords. 318 c.i. V-8, push button automatic, swivel bucket seats, Dealer installed underdash Air Conditioning, (appears complete but not working) power steering, power top, Rebuilt carburetor and new fuel pump. ~Purchased from Boyd Coddington Hot Rods approximately 18 years ago. Paint, chrome, and interior re-done approximately 5 years ago. Straight, no rust body, and paint with an excellent finish. Great floorboards and frame. Hidden stereo in the glovebox that sounds killer. You won't find another one, especially at this price. This is an awesome car. It is very nice, not perfect. But it isn't $60-70,000 like the few others I have seen. ~Runs and drives great! Engine fires right up with no smoke or funny noises. Does not get hot. Drives straight down the road. Brakes are good. Transmission shifts smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to cruise her anywhere. ~TERMS OF SALE - non refundable $1,000 deposit due 24 hours after auction ends. Car needs to be paid for in full within 3 days. I will do everything I can to make this a pleasant buying experience but PLEASE do not bid on it if you do not intend to buy it or if you do not have your finances in order. Its not cheap to sell cars on eBay and it just wastes everyone’s time. Shipping is buyers responsibility but I will be happy to assist if you like. Usually $300-$1000 door to door C.O.D. anywhere in the US. International buyers welcome. I can get the car to the shipping yards in Los Angles Ca for you no problem. $1550 to Europe or Australia. I encourage anybody who is interested to come look for themselves. I live in San Diego and would be more than happy to pick you up at the airport to view the car in person. I do my best to represent and describe things as honestly and as accurately as possible. Car is sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. Thanks for looking and good luck!
