This vehicle was purchased new from Lopp Motors by a doctor in Dodge City, KS, and has remained in the area throughout its lifetime. Those familiar with the climate of Western Kansas will understand that rust is definitely not a problem. I purchased the car in January 2004, and it has been kept in a heated shop since I've owned it. The car is in terrific shape for its age. It is all original except for the radio antenna. The paint is really, really nice. At 10 feet it looks practically new. It does have a few minor flaws in various locations but none of them are major. The interior is spotless, and in great shape. Since owning the car, I've had the driver's seat reupholstered, bought new tires (they have around 4,000 mi. on them), replaced the driver's side window because of scratches, and had one small dent on the passenger's side repaired. There are no mechanical problems that I am aware of, and everything works flawlessly including the air conditioner. I recently checked the oil. It has been 2,000 miles since it was changed, and it hasn't used a drop. The turbo's boost to 14 psi on the gauge. The previous owner replaced the rear brake pads and surfaced the rotors at 71,675 miles (I have the receipt). In addition, he replaced the timing belt and water pump about 6 months prior to having the brake work done. I have the receipt from NAPA for those parts. The struts were replaced at 49,774 miles. Any and all questions are welcomed, and I would be more than happy to assist the buyer in arrangements needed to take possession of the car. Garden City does have a Regional Airport which is serviced by American Airlines as well as daily AmTrack services. The buyer will receive a clear title, a clean Carfax report that I received from the previous owner, two shop manuals, the original owner's manual, and service records from Lopp Motors in Dodge City dating back to March of 1996.
