Divorce Forced Sale, Low Reserve, will sell !! The Good, Bad & the Ugly !! THE GOOD: Custom Conversion done in beautiful unique Turquoise/White exterior with a Turquoise & Teakwood velour interior. This conversion van is top quality and was built by motor home manufacturer Coachman RV. Excellent Body, Interior, Motor & Transmission. EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT AS NOTED BELOW. 3/4 ton long (110") wheel base chassis, with custom chrome wheels, running boards, chrome bumpers and raised white lettered tires. 318 cubic inch (5.2 LITER) V-8, 15-17 MPG. Over 500 miles on a tank full of gas. Motor is very strong, does not burn or leak any fluids. Synthetic oil used it's whole life. The 4 Speed/overdrive automatic transmission was replaced by the previous owner. Fully loaded including Front & Rear A/C's, 2 Stereos, Color TV, VCR, Power Steering, Power Anti-Lock Disc Brakes, Airbags, Alarm System with remote entry, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Tilt Wheel, Cruise Control, Power Mirrors, custom map & spotlights. Center Console storage compartments, drink holders & custom laptop table. Body is in excellent shape, no dents and virtually rust free except as noted below. Pictures taken 2 days ago, so you can see the current condition. Has large rooftop luggage rack, Dark tinted glass throughout, shades on all windows & screens on all large windows. Interior is in very good shape showing only very minor wear on the drivers seat. No rips, or tears, headliner is perfect. Carpet is good, again, showing only very minor wear in traffic areas. Loaded, including: 4 Turquoise Velour Captain's Chairs and a large Sofa which coverts to a large bed with it's built-in extension. Teak Wood Hanging Clothes Rack in rear. Beautiful Teak Wood trim throughout with built rear stereo headsets and cup holders for each seat, teakwood tissue holder, etc. Full length recessed Mood Lighting along with spotlights & reading lamps for all seating areas. Separate Front & Rear A/c units & AM/FM w/Cassette stereos. Rear Stereo wired for & each seat has it's own headset. Two rear remote controls operate the rear stereo, VCR & Color TV which is housed in it's own built-in teakwood cabinet. Built in inverter with multiple 12 volt plugs which runs all the accessories (VCR, TV, Stereos, etc.) THE BAD: Front A/c blows cold, but has vacuum issue and only blows from the bottom vents. The rear A/c needs a box type (square) fuse. Tires are fair & the right front tire should be replaced soon. Has slight issue in the Left Front brake line which causes a slight delay in activating the Left front brake. Under fast, hard braking, will pull slightly to the right for a brief moment. Once fluid is in line, it does not pull at all & the brakes are overall in very good condition. There are two spots of very minor rust thru. One over the right rear wheel well which has been painted over & is barely noticeable & the second in the side doors, door jam, and cannot be seen with the doors closed. THE UGLY: There really isn't any ugly, this is a beautiful, well-maintained custom conversion van. If you wanted to nitpick a 15 year old vehicle, maybe refinishing or replacing the front headlights, which show some age & and the aforementioned rust areas would be about it.
