The gears installed(4.88) also take the stress off the drive train with the big tires on it. Stock gears with a big tires will just break stuff(axles, tranny, convertor) . The speedo reads close to stock again with the 4.88 gears. A gear change is a must, if not done you will break something! This bronco was done the right way.
