For your added peace of mind, we go through the time and expense of performing Experian AutoChecks on all of our vehicles. Please feel free to request a copy of one via e-mail, fax, or in person; we will be glad to provide one. Payment will be made by cash in person, cashier’s check, money order, or bank check. A $500 dollar deposit must be received within 2 business days following close of auction and remainder paid in 3 days. Again, please contact us directly to make arrangements. Bidders with ZERO (0) feedback MUST contact a dealer representative prior to bidding, otherwise your bid may be invalidated. It is unfortunate that we have to resort to this, but due to a rash of 0-feedback bidders that are obviously taking advantage of eBay sellers’ goodwill, we must make this request. In addition to the winning bid, buyer agrees to assume cost of tag/title/licensing/registration in addition to a $299 Dealer Processing Fee. As a licensed Florida automobile dealer, we must collect sales tax and the appropriate amount for tag/title for vehicles registered in the state of Florida. Customers outside of Florida must still remit our $299 Dealer Processing Fee. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Please contact us for details. We already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the U.S.A. and worldwide and will be glad to arrange this for you and can give you cost estimate ahead of time. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. If you would like documentation, contact us, and we will gladly get it for you. Because of our local customers, we must reserve the right to cancel any auction early. This will be rare because we want to give everyone a fair chance. So don't be afraid to bid. We drive our cars (wouldn’t you?) and allow local customers to as well, so actual mileage may be slightly more at time of sale unless otherwise specified.
