1969 Toyota Landcruiser Fj-40 **No Reserve** Up for auction is a beautifully restored 1969 Toyota FJ-40. This FJ-40 is fresh out of the stables of Classic 4x4 Co. of Las Cruces, New Mexico. This is a fresh frame on restoration that has been beautifully redone. The body starts with a rust free tub that has lived its entire life in the hot dry climate of Arizona. It was stripped down to bare metal and the original Dune beige was applied. It looks great but does have a few very minor flaws that only a trained eye can see. The drive train is all original, with the 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed standard transmission. It runs and drives with no mechanical issues to speak of. There have been many parts replaced such as all window moldings, and seals, new bolts and fasteners, OEM hubcaps, steering wheel, and new upholstery. The wheels and hood latches were all sandblasted and powder-coated to original silver. The original PTO winch is in proper working condition and so is all the lights, blinkers, gauges, and wipers. There has been thousands of dollars spent on this vehicle and is really not far away from being a "10." The engine compartment needs finishing and it could use some new tires in the future, but other than that, this truly is an amazing FJ-40 that is in pristine condition. These vehicles are becoming more and more collectible by the year and will always be worth more than what you pay. With that being said, please bid with confidence.
