I am selling my Dads 1997 Dodge 2500 with a Cummins 12 Valve Turbo Diesel. The best Cummins motor out there the truck is a reliable no worries truck. My father had the transmission built for towing and is bulletproof. The transmission shop guaranteed it and its local if we ever had any problems we could take it back never had any problems in past 4 years guy knows the right parts to put it in. Only Modifications are a 4 inch stainless steel exhaust straight piped. A Cold Air Intake and a Mag Hytec Rear differential plate with a dipstick to check up with how fluid level and quality is in the rear. Very nice peace of mind. Rear was also rebuilt a year ago Some new ball joints, alot of parts have been replaced over the years suspension and steering wise. The truck is not perfect looks wise there are some dents mainly on driver side as shown in picture under bed in front of driver side rear tire and right behind drivers side door. Truck was repainted with black imron not perfect but better than it was. Bed has a rubber bed liner herculiner. Has original alloy wheels with 3 new tires just replaced with 1000 miles on them. Would make a perfect work truck.
