This 1966 Fury V.I.P. is the best example of a low miles, all original 383 Fury that you will find. Original paint from 1966! It is currently registered and inspected in the state of New York and rides like a dream. This car needs nothing to get out on the road and start enjoying a classic! MANY more pictures can be found by clicking here This Fury is the upgraded VIP model with the 383 Commando V8 and dual exhaust with only 18000 ORIGINAL miles on it!! This is a barn find in every sense of the word. The original owner purchased it and drove it sparingly before putting it away for a long time. It starts right up and runs great, mechanically it needs nothing to start enjoying it. The interior is flawless for the age of this car. No rips, hardly any wear, the dash pad isn't even cracked. The only catch is that the radio does not work. It powers on but doesn't produce sound. Outside is nearly as nice as the inside. You will notice in the photos, three spots that I tried to show. The first being the drivers rear quarter. When the car was put into storage it was not done as carefully as it should have been and something was rubbing up against it. This eventually rubbed the paint off. Right behind this, near the taillight you'll notice some more of the same and a spot on the corner where someone bumped up against it. Finally on the passenger quarter, sometime during moving to or from storage they got a little too close to the wall and did some damage. I tried to show the trunk as best I could. The bottoms of the rear quarters have a few bubbles but nothing not easily fixed. The rockers and everything else are completely solid. This is the perfect car for anyone who loves these old Fury's. Not only is it a clean survivor, but while everyone else is bragging about their 318, you can rumble up in your 383. Buy it now and enjoy it immediately!
