1985 Porsche 911 Carrera. 141.8K. I bought the when I was stationed in Las Vegas. Original owner bought the car in CA, and it remained there until the second owner moved to Vegas. I am the third owner. It spent almost all its life in the California’s high desert, absolutely no rust! The car has had one repaint (original color, guards red) done nicely. Not a trailer queen, but a nice driver for Sunday’s or everyday. Have a binder of historical receipts and original owners manual. Engine/Transmission – 3.2L flat 6, performance EPU chip , turbo valve covers, new oil return tubes, new K&N intake filter (original box will go with the car) Clutch was replaced around 106K. Has original transmission (915) and shifts smooth. Just performed a valve adjustment, removed/cleaned fuel injectors, replaced O2 sensor, replaced spark plugs and changed the oil with Royal Purple (26 May 2012) Does not smoke, does not burn oil, does not leak. Wheels/tires/brakes- 6 x16/7 x16 Fuchs (restored with polished lips) with 205/55R16 front and 215/50R16 rear BF Goodrich tires that have plenty of life left. Brakes- I added the slotted/drilled Zimmerman rotor and installed new pads 3k miles ago. NOTE: THE FUCHS ARE CURRENTLY INSTALLED Suspension- Stock, lowered to euro ride height and aligned by 900 series motorsports in Las Vegas Interior- New Alpine CD stereo with USB/IPOD ports and hands-free Bluetooth with mic mounted by the MOMO Prototipo steering wheel (original wheel comes with the car). Has a Viper alarm, and a child seat installed in the rear or can take out if buyer does not want it. The car has the original rare factory sport seats. The drivers seat lower cushion had a crack in the leather and has been recently replaced. Air Conditioning upgraded- Installed Rennair’s all new full kit (barrier hose, evaporator, expansion valve, pro-cooler, Sanden 507 compressor, front desert condenser, and an additional remote wheel well condenser w/fan). Installed retro-air’s new blower kit (added 30% more flow out the vents). I also added center vent. System evacuated and charged with R12 by 900 series motorsports in Vegas Body- Added new OEM Porsche chin spoiler and OEM Porsche rear spoiler (whale tail). I have the original engine lid that will go with the sale. Targa top in great shape. Installed new Yellow Top Optima battery in Mar this year. This car drives excellent with strong power and great handling. The 3.2L flat 6 is known as a bullet-proof engine because of its durability and strength. I also have the Boxster style twist, 17” x 7” front, 17” x 8.5”rear. Tires- Hankook V12, front 215/45R17, rear 255/40R17. Less than 3k miles on tires. Spacers for front and rear to fill the fender well gaps. Will reinstall these on the car if the buyer wants them instead of the Fuchs. Have title in hand. The car does have three rock chips on the front windshield, but not in the view of the driver. The dash has about a 2 inch crack and there are a few rock chips up front which have been touched up. Overall the body is in great shape for being 27 years old. You won't be disappointed!
