1970 AMC Javelin

4 speed

1970 AMC Javelin project 4 speed car.Not sure what engine it is,I think it's a 304 but I cannot see the casting on the block. What ever it is,it was done up with roller cams and she is SUPER clean inside. Turns thru with tons of compression. This car also has factory disc brakes as well as posi rear. The Donahue spoiler is vintage and apperars to have been installed new,as the overspray on the inside of the spolier matches the original color. The hurst shifter is correct and it has a super T10 trans. I can part her out for as much as I want,but why?? She is a good ,solid platform for a Donahue car. I can only give a bill of sale for her. I believe she was originally from Texas as there are several indicators. She does not have the typical east cost rust issues. She does have some rust to deal with,but all the rails and spring perches as well as the trunk are solid.original interior totally needs redone.Serious offers only....humorus offers ignored. The 4 speed conversion and posi are worth what I will take for the car. On Jun-13-12 at 06:44:26 PDT, seller added the following information: The red hood pictured is included with the car and is an original,but the edge is rough and would be best to graft the top skin to another or use the hood on the car to repair this one. The car ran this time last year but only off a fuel squirt,I could not get the fuel up to the carb. .
