ok please read fully, this truck is a project and is driveable but not to go across country i drive this everyday..........good plow truck with plow i will revise this add as i think of things everyday but think i got it all. IF YOU ARE GOOD WITH TRUCKS AND TOOLS AND ARE THE DO IT YOURSELFER THEN THIS TRUCK IS FOR YOU!!!!!!!! if not i dont think you should buy it im moving to florida in 2 weeks so here goes the truck i dont need. I was gonna take it but naaaa gonna let it go and if you are a good mechanic and want to finish up some odds n ends listen to this!!!! this truck needs things before you drive i am currently driving it daily but really should get things fixed now!!!!!!! this truck has a new motor rite from dodge with only 26000 on it so motor is newer i paid 4 grand for it the transmission only has about 23000 on it was a total rebuild that cost me 3 grand. i redid body 2 years ago but only drive it moslty in the winter as it was my plow salt sanding truck that i have made 200 grand with. This truck will make a great truck for someone who wants a dump without paying 7,000 for one. the dump tailgate only open like a pick up truck and does go up and down but when you put it all the way up max it does not want to come down prob needs a fliud change i have never done it so i only put it up 80% of the way everything comes out fine so.... i just put 2 new fenders on it it has brand new tires on rear that last 65000 miles i paid 850 for they are the best i only buy good stuff. it has a air horn that work great and is so loud. it has a alpine radio cd with front kenwood speakers they need to be hooked back up. the motor runs good it starts but sometimes runs tad rough for a min sometimes the check engine light comes on i have replaced thr 3 sensors on the throttle body but i have not done the 02 sensor yet so that may be next to get done. i just put on new front rotors and pads and brand new calipers in the front that job is done and shops get 800 to do that but i just did it myself im handy like that. The pass door needs a adjustment it shuts kinda hard cause it never gets used the door lock does not go up and down kinda rusty i free it up all the time in the door whith oil but i never use it so it sticks you have to lock it by hand by pusing down on the button. it does have remote start. This truck has the 600 dollar wheelen strobe light on roof works fine and has the hideaway strobes in the grill and back dump one bulb is out 20 dollars for that on ebay. the frame on this truck is 100% not rotted to death . this truck does come with the snoway plow blade is worn now but still plows fine the plow needs nothin its all there the exhaust is true dual with high flow cats there seems to be a small piece of metal in the drivers side pipe rite under the cab sounds like a piece of the 02 sensor or something is in there just have to cut the exhaust and remove and reweld back thats easy to do. its not that bad trust me truck sounds awesome . it had the aluminium side boards i paid 425.00 for they still lokk awesome it needs i put led headlights in this smoked to get the high beem to work you need to run a wire from each its there to a floor switch these lights are dif from the stock one bulb app now it has four a oil pan its soft cause truck sat for a year in the woods a while ago so thats 90 dollers for the part it needs a drag link or sway bar link thats 50 dollars it needs bothe tie rod ends thats about 80 dollars it needs a new dash it needs a new carpet installed its 150 on ebay it needs it needs both tie rod ends it needs the power steering coolor it leaks you have to add oil all the time the easy fix for this some people just take it out and put in a steel line thats flaired with 2 clamps i just havent done it yet. it needs one transmission line but you should do both they are cheep on ebay like 70 for both but i think the dealer has the better ones and they are 190.00 dodges are know for them. sometimes when it starts you hear a noise in the bell housing but it goes rite away have not looked into this but does not happen all the time just make sure its full of trany fluid and that would be no prob once you get a transmission line all the four wheel drive works awesome the ac does not work a line needs to be replace the comporessor is good all in all to get this truck back to 100% you will need over time bout 800 or so give or take just in parts and stuff but get the truck cheep and put a little in it as mabe a project truck befor winter I GOT THOUSANDS INTO THIS TRUCK AND SOME NICE STUFF AS WELL IT JUST NEEDS A GOOD HOME I HAVE DONE ALOT OF THE HARD THINGS HERE NOW YOU DO THE SMALL THINGSOn Jun-11-12 at 17:49:29 PDT, seller added the following information: the ram does have real headers on it as well sounds real nice will be adding things as i remember them On Jun-12-12 at 12:56:10 PDT, seller added the following information: i have this for sale locally and auction may end i have a interest but the person has not givin me cash yet so if you want to make a offer i can put a buy it now up thanks for understanding craig
