1948 Studebaker Commander, 6cyl flathead, 3 spd manual on the column with overdrive,odometer is a slow mover NAM ! engine was rebuilt by previous owner. 4 door with rear suicide doors, Original black paint good patina and interior is all there just been 64 years of desert so the cloth isnt great but better than you may think.Whitewall Coker tires all around and good brakes , Shifts great with OD, All gauges and lights work,Windshield wipers work, Vent heater and blower all work, has all glass only crack is passenger vent window but its flat glass so it would be around $20 to get cut.Good chrome very little pitting can be buffed out.Solid AZ car with zero rust bought 7 years ago from a German gentleman who was deported back to Germany he put over 2k in it before that I have his paperwork the owner i purchased it from did all the work himself so its undocumented, since then its only been used for parades and car shows.It was a previous winner of the local Orphan car show .Great start for a full restore or rat it out.Its a good driver but i wouldn't expect you to drive a 48 across country at 55mph at least i wouldn't.Comes with original shop manual and parts books.Buyer must make full payment either in person or paypal within 7 days of auction.This is a binding contract.any refusal to pay will result in being charged for the listing and fees.I can hold the car up to 3 weeks after payment but its in a covered apt parking so not responsible for any undo damage after the first 7 days
