1990 ALFA ROMEO SPIDER GRADUATE - PAMPERED BEAUTY AT NO RESERVE! We take tremendous pride in presenting for your kind consideration a last year of production (1985-90) Alfa Red Spider roadster from the Graduate series by Alfa Romeo. A new top-of-the-line tan Haartz Stayfast canvas top has just been installed - it features padded quarters for superb fit and durability; it compliments the well kept tan interior perfectly. Original boot cover, for use when top is deployed down, is stowed in trunk. The car was ordered with both of the only two available options: air conditioning and a radio. The radio has just been upgraded to a Sony detachable face stereo with CD player; the A/C works fine. Turn signals, horn, dash lights all work perfectly. Previous owner had installed a Koni suspension kit, which lowers road attitude approximately one and a half inches and provides sport car handling characteristics. The original springs are saved and stowed in trunk for re-installation if originality is preferred (see pix). As a consequence of the car having once been stolen (hence the salvaged title post-recovery), the original owner had a kill switch installed, which is cleverly hidden and precludes unauthorized starting of the car. Note that pic of instrument panel was taken with car idling in order to demonstrate working gauges. New sun visors, new plush custom floor mats, and a handsome burl wood shift knob are indicative of the attention to detail that the car has enjoyed. The Sendel five spoke alloy wheels are fitted with a matched set of premium radials. The California license plates, which are valid through March 2013, go with the private party California title. The auction is NO RESERVE with a modest starting bid for a fraction of value and a quite realistic Buy It Now opportunity as well.
