NO RESERVE AUCTION – ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS PLEASE Up for auction is a bright red 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie SLT V8 Magnum pickup. REASON FOR SELLING: I am selling this truck for one of my brother. We will be deploying on our second tour in Afghanistan for the last time before we retire. Our Marine Corps unit will be departing in the next 4 - 8 weeks. Long story short, he has 2 vehicles and he didn't want to pay to storage for this vehicle this time. This truck is in great condition compared to most vehicles of this age. Paint is still good with the exception of the inside of the bed of the truck (see photos). There is no rust on the truck (with the exception of the metal towing hitch on the back of the truck). The truck was being driven by my nephew to and from work until he just recently purchased himself a vehicle. It rides very nice. The body just has a few minor dings and usually wear and tear expected of a vehicle this age. We replaced the front bumper and brackets due to my nephew running over a tire tread in the middle of the interstate. It has not been involved in any accidents. The inside of the truck is pretty clean. There is a tear on the driver side seat. The headliner is also slightly torn and beginning to sag. There not any pet and/or smoke smells. We both are non-smokers and do not own any pets. The vehicle does have a few light stains on carpet. All the gauges work properly. Truck has an in-dash Pioneer detachable face CD player. All the Power windows/locks work. Windshield has no cracks. The motor has no noises. The heater and air conditioner works fine. There have been no major problems the entire time he has own this truck! My brother is the second owner. The Odometer read 205,824 at this moment on 5/2/2012. This is a AS-IS Sale.
