1947 Dodge 1/2 ton pickup. Frame off restoration 2008. been in climate controlled environment most of its existence. Owned vehicle for 3 yrs. Speedo reads 83K but title indicateas exceeds mechanical limits. has flat head 6 w/ 3 speed trany. motor rebuilt during time of restoration. runs on unleaded gasoline. motor very strong and sounds great. carburator recently rebuilt. 3 speed trany synchronized and shifts smoothly. truck driven approx. 1200 miles since restoration. all original sheet metal. no evidence of any collision damage and frame has not been modified. undercarriage very clean. wood bed solid. cab floors solid and wood access panels great condition. paint in great condition as seen in pics. has few minor paint chips. has original 6V battery setup and original generator. new 6V Interstate battery. gauges work. heater works. vacuum operated windshield wiper operates. Has original gas tank(rare) and optional rear bumper(rare). original rear end. new Hancook tires. there is a 2.5 inch crack at base of drivers side windshield ( see pic). crack has been there for 3 yrs and has not progressed since then.Overall vehicle well cared for.
