1970 DODGE CHALLENGER 340/4SPEED This a real nice 1970 dodge challenger 340 4speed 4 barrel. It is in fairly good shape for its age. It does need restoration but does run and drive. It has 4 wheel drum manual brakes and power steering. This challenger is a running project. You could get her road worthy without to much trouble and run it as you restore her back to her former glory. The body on this challenger is in decent shape. The floors and frames all seem to be solid. The trunck is solid but has had some patch work done to it. The body is straight and clean. The trunk lid and hood are very solid with no rust issues. Though she is straight there is body filler in some of the panels. This challenger has a good restorable body that you could drive as is or restore her to your idea of a dream car. The motor is a 340 4 barrel that runs pretty good. The 4 speed trans goes through all the gears without any issues. I believe the motor and trans have never been rebuilt. I believe it has an 8 and 3/4 rear. This challenger has a new master cylinder but the rest of the brakes should be checked out just in case. Its a 1970 challenger with a 4 speed whats not to love. The challengers interior is in nice shape. The door panels are real nice as is the dash. It equiped with a console and bucket seats. The seats will need reupolstry but they are not in to bad a shape. The headliner has a tear in the seam above the back seat that could probably be repaired without replacing the whole headliner. The challengers windows go up and down easy with no issue. It could be driven as is and it would be an exceptable drive quality interior. This 70 challenger is a great american muscle car that you can enjoy for many years to come. It does need restoration but its a great platform to start with. Its a 340 4 speed 4 barrel thats a great combo. This challenger 4 speed will be a great cruise night or local car show car. it gets a lot of looks in its current condition. when she restored she will be a show stopper.
