Hello everyone, Henrik here from GM Truck Center in beautiful down town Burbank, CA, home of World Famous 4x4's. We hope you have been enjoying our custom built vehicles on various TV shows on the History Channel as well as Spike TV. Thank you for all the great responses regarding our ULTIMATE REVIVAL PROJECT TRUCK, featured in Petersens Four Wheel and Off Road, we will have it wrapped up shortly. Now about this really great 1983 GMC 1/2 ton short bed four wheel drive Sierra Classic.... I have put a very realistic buy it now price, this option goes away once the reserve is met and then its up for grabs to the highest bidder. THIS IS A TOTALLY RUST FREE ORIGINAL CA TRUCK WITH ITS ORIGINAL BLUE AND YELLOW PLATES ON IT.. We just took this truck in as a partial trade in towards a fully built custom K5 project. This is a fully loaded Sierra Classic with power everything, tilt wheel, dual gas tanks, (work fine ), A/C (blows cold), sliding rear window, and factory front and rear chrome bumpers. The truck has a excellent running GM crate motor in it with very low miles, it was just serviced and its ready to go. The trucks original 700R4 4-speed automatic was rebuilt 2 years ago and it shifts perfect through all the gears, it was just serviced and its ready to go. The transfer case is the original part time NP208, it works perfectly and it was also just serviced. The front and rear axles are stock GM corp.10 bolts, both are in excellent shape. The front axle was just gone through and all worn parts were replaced including brakes. The truck has a recently installed 4 inch Pro-Comp suspension lift on it complete with dual shocks up front and a new steering stabalizer shock. The tires are 33 inch BFGoodrich all terrains and they have 50% tread left on them. The truck also has a reinforced frame at the steering box. The rims are new black powder coated aluminums. The truck has a flowmaster muffler on it and it sounds great. Overall the truck runs and drives excellent. The exterior of the truck is in very nice shape, it has a very straight body and there is NO bondo or filler anywhere. As you can see the clear coat is starting to peel on the tops of the roof, hood and fenders, and there are brush / bush scraped scratches on the side of the truck. There are a few minor dings and dents here and there, but overall its in real nice shape. The truck has Ultimate lining sprayed in the bed. If you would like for us to take this truck apart and have it repainted we can do so for AN ADDITIONAL COST, call for pricing. The interior of the truck is in very nice shape. All the factory power options work perfect. The truck has a new headliner, recently reupholstered bench seat, heavy duty industrial automotive carpeting, excellent door panels. complete aftermarket billet aluminum trim There is a new Pioneer premier stereo system in the truck with a remote control hooked up to two rear speakers as well as two speakers in the kick panels. The original owners manual and glove box sticker are still in the truck. Overall this is a very nice classic short bed 4 wheel drive, the only thing it needs is a repaint for it to be beautiful, but then again if you are the type of person who is looking to buy it and use it, the paint will not make a giant diffrence to you.
