First introduced in 1940, this Pontiac Torpedo comes with a straight-8 engine and is in great condition, including its original interior that is in nice shape showing only slightly-used wear. The straight-8 engine runs flawlessly and the 3-speed on the column transmission shifts flawlessly as well. The brakes, cooling, and electrical systems are all in good working order. The body on this car is 100% rust-free and is solid as they come. The underside of the car is clean and in equally good condition. The paint is in good condition and will shine up nicely with a good polishing. This car is a very good driver and we have thoroughly enjoyed driving it as it is - it would also be ideal for a complete restoration as it is all complete.
