This 2001 Ford Taurus SES had only 2 previous owners, and is a fantastic running vehicle. It has a valid NJ inspection sticker through 8/12 proving it passed emissions testing. There are no warning lights on the dash whatsoever! The only mechanical issue after my inspection of the vehicle was the AC was not blowing extremely cold, certainly cool, but not cold. It may need a recharge for the ac. I test drove this vehicle upwards of 115 miles on the highway and backroads. This is a great running car, the transmission feels fantastic, no hesitation in the throttle whatsoever, and the motor sounds great as well (SEE VIDEO). The brakes are extremely effective and there are no odd sounds whatsoever when driving this car. The alignment is perfectly straight as well. The tires are in great condition and have about 70% plus tread left on them that will be sure to get you plenty of miles. The rims are also in fantastic condition, SEE VIDEO. All interior/exterior lights and signals are fully functional. All interior controls are fully functional. This vehicle features power locks, windows, mirrors, seats, CD player, Leather seats, cup holders, ac/heat - ac not blowing very cold as I mentioned, and much more. The interior is in great overall condition. The upholstery is in great shape, and there is very little if any wear to the door controls and very little wear to the steering wheel. The carpets are very clean as you can see in the pictures and the interior smells fantastic. There is a small rip in the drivers side carpet near the gas pedal which is obvious wear and tear. This vehicle does come with non factory floormats! The leather seats are in good condition as well, with a bit of obvious wear on the drivers seat, but no rips or tears in the leather, just a few creases. The rest of the leather seats are in great shape. The dash area is very clean as you can see in the pictures. The exterior is in good shape as well. The hood is in great condition and the headlights have been fully restored making them super clear and bright, please see picture in the listing. There are a few dents and scrapes on the vehicle so please see the video for an in-depth walkthrough. There is a bit of damage to the lower panel along the passenger side doors. There is a area of rust forming on the lower part of the passenger side door, although it is minimal. There is a dent on the lower panel of the passengers side as well. The front plastic bumper has a dent below the right headlight that looks as if it could be popped back out without much hassle. There are a few scrapes on the lower part of the bumper which is pretty common, and nothing serious. The rear bumper has a few minor blemishes as well. Overall the drivers side is in great shape with only a few small dings. Please see the video for a good explanation of all spots.
