NO Airbags Were Deployed. Insurance company paid out on the truck. We then had the truck repaired professionally. It was inspected by the Florida DMV--Passed Inspection-- and then issued a Florida Rebuilt Title.The Truck Runs, Drives, and Shifts Xllent! The Supercharger works Perfect!Flowmaster ExhaustMECHANICALLY- This Truck Rides, Shifts, Drives, and Handles Great! There are No Fluid leaks. The brakes feel great. Engine is Sound. AC and Heat work very well. Stereo and CD player all function great. The Transmission shifts smoothly with no hesitations or skipping. The Supercharger Works Perfectly. Everything is Fully Operational. The Tires are in Good Condition and Ride well. 3 of them are Goodyear Eagle F1--295-45-18--and the LR is a New Toyo Proxes ST. COSMETICALLY- This SVT Lightning is in Super Condition Overall even despite being in an accident! It is quite obvious that she has been loved and meticulously cared for and pampered her whole life. The Seating, Carpet, and Headliner is perfect and clean with no rips, tears, fading, or cracks. The dash and instrumentation is all in Super Shape and Fully Operational with no cracking or warping. Prior to the accident the vehicle had All Original Paint-as there is no fading, dents, dings, or rust. The Wheels are in Great Shape also with no gouges or rust. The headlights are nice and clear with absolutely No Haze. The inside of the bed is in Excellent Condition with barely any scratches-See pics. This truck has definitely not been used like "a truck" as evidenced by its cleanliness. One thing that we did notice is that when the tailgate is lowered-near the lower middle area that faces the inside of the bed--it has a slight dip in it--See pics. Perhaps something heavy was placed on the gate? At any rate, we did not fix it because it is not noticeable when the tailgate is up. Additionally, the bottom left side of the winshield has some "white fogging"to it--See pics. Since it is not cracked and does not leak we chose to leave the OEM Ford Windshield alone considering the condition otherwise is fine. Then our research department pulls comps and values of other like model autombiles/motorcycles/trailers/rvs that are for sale making sure that they are equipped as close as possible to the asset we are liquidating in terms of equipment, miles, year, and condition. We pull comps from eBay, Craigslist, Auto & Cycle Trader, Cars.com, and KBB.com just to name a few. We definitely do our research. We are then responsible to retain the asset, keep it clean, advertise it, show it, and ultimately handle the sale of and transfer of title to the said asset. 6. Our Firm is Licensed, Bonded and Insured in the State of Florida to make sure to provide You the Client with safe proper title transfer and sales tax collection if applicable. Methods of Payment Accepted: We will accept Bank Issued Cashier's/Certified Checks & Money Orders, Personal or Business Checks-In state and out of state, Bank Drafts, Wire Transfers, and Cash. We Do Not Accept Credit Cards or Debit Cards for payment. If you choose to pay via paypal- that is fine but You Also AGREE to pay for the Fee that Paypal will charge us to Accept your paypal payment, which varies so please ask and we will let you know. Asset & Title Release: Your newly purchased asset and its title will be released to you upon the clearing of your payment. Obviously how you pay also determines how fast the asset will be released. If you chose to pay with an out of Florida personal or business check it may take up to 9 days for your check to be processed by your bank and for them to clear it. Even by paying with a Cashier's check or Money order-the check still has to clear the banking system but it won't be nearly as long. Please know that we will help in any way we can to expedite the process. Different state's financial institutions vary with the time they take a check to clear. The reason for this time delay is because it takes time for any bank issued instrument to go through the proper banking system channels to clear. As you know security is a top priority with the banks today. There has been a lot of fraud committed in the last few years with cashier's, bank and certified checks that were being printed at home-they looked really real but weren't worth anything. Unfortunately, until they get deposited and then get returned there is no real way to guarantee their authenticity. Just call your bank and ask them if they can tell you that the cashier's check you're about to deposit is good because the people you just sold your vehicle to want the title right now and I will guarantee you that they will tell you to make sure it clears first--and to hold off for a few days on passing over your title. Unless the check is drawn on the same bank as yours they will tell you that the issuing bank is the only one that can clear the check and they would suggest that you "wait". I promise that is the answer you get..but try it if you don't believe me. Just this year a client gave us a cashier's check from his bank in New York and he wanted the asset released rather quickly for shipping so we agreed to personally call the bank the check was drawn on and do you know what? The bank people would not even tell us if they issued him a check and for what amount..I really could not believe it. I explained desperately to the lady that her client purchased an asset from us on eBay and he wanted it shipped out quickly but we had to verify that it was legitimate and etc. She just would not do it..She said she could not give us any of that information whatsoever and to just deposit the check. Thank goodness everything was alright, but since then we no longer release any asset or its title even with a cashier's check immediately. In state checks are 3 business days max. The quickest of course is via bank wire transfer or cash. Cash is immediate release. Domestic wire transfers take only a few hours for us to receive usually while out of country wire transfers can take up to 2 or 3 days to come in because they have to go through an additional clearing house. 5. Florida Residents are responsible to pay applicable Fl sales tax/title/tag/registration fees. Buyers outside of Fl are responsible to pay Fl sales tax if they are taking delivery inside of Fl. Most states have reciprocal sales tax agreements with Florida. For your convenience, when legally permitted, we will provide a Fl 30 day temporary tag. Florida state law allows us up to 30 days to transfer titles, however, it does not usually take near that long. If we do collect sales tax-you can be that you will have full documentation that we did so you don't pay it twice. 6. Out of State Buyers are responsible for all/any state, county, city taxes and fees as well as the tag/title/registration fees in the state that the said asset will be registered. If the asset is being shipped to you via a carrier/shipping company then we are not required to collect sales tax for Florida. However, should you take delivery inside the state of Florida and the asset is driven/ridden on the streets and highways of the State of Florida then we are required by law to collect the sales tax percentage designated for your State. **We do not collect for every state. Please inquire with us for specifics if you have questions. 7. Pre-Owned Vehicle/Motorcycle/Trailer/RV- Preowned vehicles/motorcycles are not the same as brand new ones. You are looking and bidding on a preowned asset and they are not perfect. Please do not expect perfection. We make every effort to deliver a very accurate description but it is possible for us to miss something. Please remember that some of these vehicles, trucks, suv's, motorcycles, etc. may be nearly a decade old and while they may be new to you that does not change the fact that they are the age they are. Sometimes repairs may be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned it. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for these used assets to need some type of service or repairs the first few days, weeks, or months of ownerhsip. Not likely, but possible because it is not brand new. Since these assets are used, please remeber that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, keyless entry codes, CD cartridges, etc., do not always remain with an asset throughout it's life. We are not responsible for these accessories. We will always put in our listing if we have the extra keys, books, fobs, etc. These items are all replaceable right here on eBay for a few dollars or at any local factory dealer. 8.
