Selling a pearl white 1995 Mercury Cougar XR-7 for a client, It runs & drives & shifts well but has an exhaust leak that needs to be fixed. Fully loaded and all options work including cold air. It even has the factory remote lock that works. It needs that exhaust leak fixed to run like it's suppose to because it sends the wrong information to the computer. It's been in storage a few years so it needs to be driven and a general servicing (oil change, etc.) Pretty much, you know as much about the car as I do. I drove it down the street and except for the exhaust leak it was pretty much OK. I saw no oil smoke, no obvious leaks on the concrete when it was sitting, etc. Uphostery & carpet are in in decent shape but all need a good cleaning. No clean & detail has been done. You're buying the car as it was brought to us. It has a clear, clean Texas title ready for transfer. Vehicle must be removed during our regular business hours of Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5pm (weather permitting). Need one day minimum notice before comming to pick up so we can bring it to the office for pick up. Vehicle is sold as is, where is with no warranty stated or implied. Vehicle must be removed within ten days of sale end or twenty five dollars per day charged. If not removed within thirty days buyer will forfeit the sale and any monies paid & vehicle will be resold.
