This is a 1978 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER FJ 40....It is a great! off road or trail road rig! Body is in decent shape but has the typical landcruiser rust...Floors have been reinforced with 1/8 steel plate to make it stronger and to bolt the roll cage to. The roll cage was custom fit and built using 2 factory style roll bars....It has the original 2F engine and 4spd trans...runs great and starts every time....also has a new battery. Needs minor electrical work ie..turn signals brake lights etc...Has the original seats with factory headrest which are in good condition. The das pad is in pretty good condition... The FRONT BUMPER IS NOT!!!! included in the sale... but I can provide a Factory style front bumper. The Man-a-Fre rock sliders are......these things are the best built sliders you can buy and they look pretty cool...they cost about $329.00. This rig has a SOA "Spring over axle conversion" for great lift and stability.....This rig has 33" Bfgoodrich All-Terrain tires with lss than 5K on them...basically new....has a full set of aluminum rims which are in great condition....The lock outs and 4 wheel drive work just great. Transmission shifts thru all gears. The brakes work good but will need some attention in the near future. It has a set of very nice Black anodized aluminum corner protectors, and a new set of flares from Spector- off road also a new Bikini top from Spector off road... I also have the original spare tire carrier that just isnt bolted on yet....If your looking for a trail rig you can get in and drive this is the perfect set up it looks cool runs and drives and the 4 wheel drive all works just fine.....Havnt been stuck yet! I do have parts vehicles as well if you need something let me know. I have a 75 that I will be selling next it will also make a very nice trail rig with some work...... Please be realistic in you expectations.....Its a Trail Rig...not a Trailer Queen....For those of you that know landcruisers you know exactly what this is......And for those of you that dont please ask any and all questions before you bid..PLEASE!
