Up for auction is my pride and joy 1971 Volvo 1800E. I've owned it for 33 years and have always kept it garaged. It has been extremely well cared for and so is in very good original condition. Do to a major disability I am forced to part with it. The Safari Yellow paint is mostly original without any rust or accidents. Something dripped on the hood so it needs buffing. The side molding has a few door dings. The underside is very solid without any rust. Within the past 500 miles I had a new clutch installed, all new bushings installed front and rear, new rear brake calipers, new PBR brake pads front and rear, new tires and a new battery. The A/C works good but will be needing a recharge to top it up for the summer. The black leather seats are in extremely good soft condition. The dash has always been covered from the sun so there are no cracks. The only pieces that need any attention would be the clock, the red plastic lens over the emergency brake light and the front kick panels. The engine and transmission with overdrive are all original and very strong. It also has the very rare factory trailer hitch option installed. There isn't really anything that needs to be done so it can be driven off to anywhere and be enjoyed as is. I hope whoever ends up winning the auction will keep it for as long as I have and maintain it as well before passing it along.
