1967 Terlingua Mustang A Sedan RMVR This car has been running with RMVR www.RMVR.com . It has log books going back to 1995. It was built by one of the best mechanics in RMVR and then two other exceptional, expert RMVR race mechanics and drivers owned afterwards and it is one of the best sorted cars you will find. It has a fresh motor with a 289 block with a 302 forged crank. It has KB domed pistons and a HiPo 289 head w/ stainless steel valves and 1.6 roller rockers. It has a MSD6 with the rev limiter set at 7 grand. A PRW main girdle http://www.prwonlinestore.com/ford_5.aspx and Horsepower Sales Valley girdle http://www.horsepowersales.net/ were installed to make this block super strong. It has a new Comp Cam with flat tappets, new damper, new Griffin aluminum radiator built to take the high heat demands and a new fan. The motor with built with ARP bolts throughout. The engine block and heads were machined by Ridge Reamer in Arvada CO and they stretched the block to simulate the heads being bolted on when they bored it. It has a new clutch and pressure plate and new aluminum flywheel. David Kee’s rebuild kit and shift rail kit have been installed in the 4 speed toploader transmission with a Hurst shifter. It comes with a 4:11 Detroit locker 28 spline diff and Wade Moon adjustable panhard rod and traction shocks. It also has Wade Moon modified front lower control arms and has ARP front wheel studs with Moroso rears. It has new front brake rotors and has Porterfield r-4 race compound front pad and rear shoes. It has a Mustang Plus subframe connector to stiffen it up. It comes with a fire system, an extra set of wheels and tires and a car cover. There are about 4 hours on the new engine and it runs fantastically well! The seat belts are expired and the windshield is cracked and pitted. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
