I bought this car, in 1996 & with the intentions....of restoring ! It has been garaged from 1996 & until 2009 & hasn't been inspected, since 1989 ! I've drove this, approx 40 to 50 miles & from different storage areas & ran fine ! Bumpers are straight, but need rechromed ! I have checked & believe the frame is solid & the floor has a hole, below the gas pedal ! I' ve never pulled the carpet, to check for additional rust & the trunk has a rubberized sort of coating....so ? Last year , I started this ....but had to jump the starter & for some reason, didn't start with key ? The transmission, seemed to go in gear fine & anytime, I have started & moved it. The only thing missing, is the radio & the rest of the car, is complete ! I've looked in the past & to see, if the engine .... is original ( # matching ) & couldn't find the #'s & on the heads / block / etc. From what I've read, I would have to remove .... power steering / alternator / etc. etc. & that is why, the radiator shroud is off & in the trunk ! This has a 455 / Automatic & Floor shifter / Console. The body is solid & with no dents or dings, just the lower body rust & with the exception of the rear side window rust ! I have posted, alot of Pics & you can see .... the body condition. This is a as-is sale & with no guarantee !
