1999 Passat. This is a basically a parts car. The motor has a rod that is apparently coming apart and it is too costly to repair. 5 Speed manual is in good shape. The tires are good, two are practically new. The wheels have some scrapes but are in decent shape. You can see the panels from the photos, most are in good shape, I will mention the scrape on the passenger side rear door and the front bumper cover is not in good shape.
