Here is a very solid rust free 1968 AMX for NO RESERVE AUCTION!! The highest bidder owns this car!! I am listing for a friend. He has owned this car for aprox 10 years now and just recently decided to part with it. We listed it twice before at a strict buy it now price and he was not accepting offers at the time. He informed me today that the car must go and asked me to list at NO reserve. NO GAMES!! SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY IF YOU BID YOU BUY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!This is a very nice driver quality car that is about 90% all original and is believed to be 73,812 actual miles. The car still has all of its original sheetmetal and is solid as a rock! Everything on this car is original equipment other than a one time repaint in its original color done aprox a year ago. All chrome, glass, stainless, lights, emblems, bezels interior etc is all original and for its age still looks exceptionally well!!!The car has its matching # 390 motor that was completely rebuilt less than 1,000 miles ago by a well known engine shop in the local area. Attached to the 390 power plant is the original Borg Warner T10 4 speed that has also been rebuilt and original rear end geared aprox 3:23. This car runs and drives great with no known problems. The cars has had new brakes, shocks, front end components etc and everything appears to be in proper working order.The interior appears to be all original. It does show some signs of wear but considering its age looks great!The body is in excellent shape and everything fits as good as it should. All body panels, floors, trunk etc are very solid and all original other than one small section that was replaced behind the driver side rear wheel. The paint is base/clear aprox 1 yr. old.
