1965 AUSTIN-HEALY SPRITE MARK III NO RESERVE! Presented here for auction is a very nice, all original 1965 Austin-Healey Sprite Mark III in British Racing Green. This car has had only two owners before me, and is completely unmolested. It maintains its its original powertrain and although the seats have been recovered, the rest of the interior is original. The paint was redone about 15 years ago and is still shiny but there are a few scatches and dings here and there and is starting to show its age. From what I can tell, this Sprite has never been in an accident and is virtually rust free. Amazingly, the engine compartment and trunk paint is original. The car runs great and does not smoke. The tonneau cover appears to be original, and I have the convertible top and frame. The top's back window has yellowed a bit but otherwise is in good condition. The tires are brand new B.F. Goodrich's.. I have the original owner's manual, a shop manual, original jack, some original tools, and various spares which go with the car. Because this car is 47 years old, it is being sold in "as-is" condition with no warrantee. Please check my feedback as I have sold several other vintage cars, all with happy customers. I can help with shipping on this end but the high bidder is responsible for all shipping costs. The car is available for inspection during the auction period. Once the auction is over and the reserve met, the high bidder is obligated to purchase the vehicle. Becoming the winning bidder is not an invitation to inspect the vehicle after the auction is over and deciding then if you want it or not.
