Here's a car which has great potential to be made into a very nice car or has many new parts, for the price you won't lose either way, no reserve! I bought this car in July 2oo6 and drove it all over maintaining it as needed. New rack & pinion, outer tie rod ends, new radiator, water pump, timing belt, idler pulley, new fuel pump, new tires last year. Shipped the digital dash out for repair, replaced the radio with stock MOPAR AM|FM Cassette. What it needed it was taken care of. Last winter the Turbo went bad, I bought a rebuilt one. I removed the head installed the turbo, inspected and cleaned the head and cylinders replace the gaskets and new head bolts. Tuned it up started it and it ran run, it runs and you can drive it but there is blow by from one of the cylinders. So he's about the body, it need paint. There is rust on it but it's flaked off, from looking at it I don't see anything that has gone through. The interior is leather in lower average shape, the center arm rest is warn from me driving and had a good time!!! The top will do if you plan to redo the car that would be the last thing to put on, it does have a glass window on the back over the plastic. This car is tight, it has a special steering system on it.(found that out getting the right looking for a new rack. I did put wider tires on it and it corner nice. Oh, I do think the solenoid when switching up, also both rear window don't go down, the motors run but no action, never really mattered to me. So that was it, I've been in the automotive biz and racing for 35 years. I have to many cars to fix and just don't have time or energy to mess with this one anymore! I have 2 project needing my attention and at my age I have a hard time thinking which one to work on. This would be a nice car to pick up if your a young up and coming mechanic or a restoration project. If you have a 600 or a Le Baron the parts do interchange. If you don't know the car Google it, there is one just like this one that was the same and the sticker price was about 25k, unreal for this little car.
