I have a 2000 Ford Excursion XLT Limited with the 7.3 liter diesel. It is 4 wheel drive. It has 273,XXX miles on it. We are the 2nd owner and we have had the vehicle for almost 10 years. It has been a good reliable vehicle. It runs and drives good and we are still driving it. We are a smoke free family and we recently had the interior detailed. It has an add on remote starter and front brush guard. Don't let the mileage scare you. The reliable bulletproof 7.3 liter diesel is one of the best diesels out there and this vehicle has alot of life left. There is rust starting, no holes, above the passenger side wheel and along the bottom of some of the doors but the vehicle has never been involved in an accident and there are no dents. The leather interior does show some wear but there are no holes. The driver side seat though has about a 2 inch split where the seams have seperated. Recent repairs have been new alternator, water pump, and newer batteries. The air, power windows, power drivers seat, cruise, lights, blinkers, remote starter all work. The power door locks work but do not lock all the doors so you have to manually lock them. The 4 wheel drive system works but needs to have the hubs manually locked in to engage. One other thing to point out is the bushings in the steering column are starting to wear out resulting in having to push it into Park when shutting it off. Bid and drive home I have a clear title.
