It has been garaged kept and driven on occasion since the restoration in 2005. This is not your average Mustang. Look at some of the detail pictures of this one and you will see it is way above average. The car is an all original styled restoration except for aftermarket stereo update. I am selling the car for a friend of mine. He has owned it since 2005. He had the restoration completed and has driven it on occasion. You will see it has spider webs on the underside from sitting in the garage. A little dusting off the undercarriage and you have an extremely nice, highly detailed underside. Here are some detailed pictures of the car, underside, wheels, etc… This car is very nice original type car. It has been garage kept and in very nice condition with only a minor chips, maybe 2 from driving. Email me and I can send you a foto album link with over 100 more detailed pictures. Georgia owned, private owner. Attention Georgia residents, you PAY NO SALES TAX on this because you are buying it from an individual!!!! Condition The car has been meticulously maintained and driven, but it does have a 1-2 minor chips, but I do mean minor. Overall the paint is very, very nice. The underside is extremely clean! If I am going to be picky on the car, there are a couple of items that could be a bit better. The chrome on the steering wheel is a bit pitted. The ash tray could stand to be repainted. The seat belts could be replaced, at least the drivers (the plastic on the buckle is broken). The rest of the car is EXTREMELY nice with almost everything haven been replaced during the restoration. The actual mileage is unknown. Look at my feedback, whenever I sell something on Ebay I try to be as detailed as I can giving you a factual description to the best of my knowledge. I may add a Buy it Now price during the auction and I will reserve the right to end auction early if necessary. If you are serious, you should bid early, don’t wait till the end, as you just might miss it! I do not think you will be able to find a nicer car of this caliber and in the price range that will equal the quality and appearance of this car. Please note - most of my higher end Car auctions never last the full ebay listing time.... so if you are serious about trying to bid to buy this car, you need to go ahead and bid, don’t wait around to see what happens, because you just might miss it. Next thing you know it will still be on your watch list with auction ended and will be in someone else's garage. The car has a Georgia Tag Receipt ONLY! It does not have an active title, so it will be sold off of a Georgia Tag Receipt and a Bill of Sale. Terms of Sale An initial $500 non refundable deposit by paypal is required within 24 hours of auction end, balance to be paid in full within 3 days of auction end. Any certified checks will have to fully clear all banks prior to new owner taking possession. Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable title to said property, full authority to sell and transfer said property, and that said property is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever. Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition. Said Vehicle is sold in "as is" condition and where presently located with no guarantees, no guarantees to authenticity, no buy backs, or no recourse. Buyer to pay all taxes, fees and transportation costs. ****Please understand you are bidding TO BUY, your ARE NOT bidding on the opportunity to be the first looker. If you end up winning the auction provided the reserve is met, you ARE expected to pay for the car AS IS, where is, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! ****This is an EBAY auction and will be expected to be fully executed provided the reserve is met. Please do any and ALL your diligence PRIOR to bidding. If you want to come see it PRIOR to the auction end, please do so and I would encourage you to do that if possible. If you need your spouse or “significant others” approval prior to purchasing, please get that prior to bidding. Thanks for looking and best of luck and have FUN bidding to BUY! If I add a buy it now price and you hit the Buy It Now button, the CAR IS YOURS and you will be expected to make full payment ASAP within 48 hours!!! If you made it this far, thanks for your patience and I hope you enjoy looking at the car!
