This Trans Am is in Great shape. It runs great, has tons of power, and gets lots of attention. It has the LT1 V-8, (same as the year equivalent corvette) 4 speed overdrive Auto Transmission, with the performance mode button (allows for later, harder shifting) Interior is all original and in good shape. There is a very small tear in the drivers seatback side, and a small stain in the drivers side rear seat that were both there when i purchased the car in 2009 All the factory options for the car, AM/FM Cassette, A/C, Power lumbar seats, Cruise, Tilt, Power Convertible Top, All work as they should. The brakes were done all around about 600 miles ago. The mufflers were replaced in Spring of 2010 with great sounding turbo flow units. (basically a Flow Master) It has the perfect balance of hot rod sound with the right volume where you can still have a conversation inside the car, even with top down. The car has staggered 18" rear/ 17" front Corvette Z06 silver wheels. The tires are decent, with some wear on the right front. (**Note, I have a lifetime alignment with Firestone, and if you can get them to do it, you can use it as long as you want. They generally require the registration, but you might get lucky) The dash is NOT CRACKED like many of theses cars, and this car is in super shape, especially for its age of 17 years. The mileage is well below the average for a car of its age as well. The only problem this car has is the rear window has separated from the convertible top. I have a brand new top and defroster glass already, but it is not installed I do not have a location that is heated where i can install it, and intended to install it this summer when it got warm enough, but have since bought another car and this is just sitting. The new top is ONLY included with "Buy It Now" price. If winning bid is less than the "Buy It Now" price, the top is NOT included! The car is located Between Memphis and Jackson, TN. I will be happy to deliver it to either city at no charge if that helps. Any other locations i can help for the cost of fuel and actual expenses. There is a $500 deposit required within 24 hours of auction close. The deposit is non-refundable unless the car is NOT as desribed. Balance si due within 7 days. I can hold the car for buyer as long as needed, but note that it is now kept outside rather than garaged. (It had been garaged until about 6 weeks ago, which is why i didnt rush the top replacement.
