This 1962 Pontiac GP is from the factory BLACK with RED interior 425 A (Hi Horse tri power 389 motor) with factory long branch manifolds.The GP has original eight lug wheels,posi,FOUR SpEED, factory tach(recently reconditioned), and is apx. one of 50 4 speed 425A GP's made.The only GP that is rarer is a handfull of Super Dutys that were produced.The few of those sell well in excess of $100,000. This car has had very few owners, The majority of the owners had large Pontiac car collections. This car was restored apx. 15 years ago by a well known Pontiac collector living in South Texas. He used NOS parts through out and rebuilt the ORIGINAL BORN WITH MOTOR to factory specs.This GP has ORIGINAL PHS DOCS. verifying the options on the car. I have attached a pic of the window sticker showing these factory options along with other PHS info.The last owner of this car can be contacted to verify the above info. He is a very well known collector of large Pontiacs.The GP has very nice driver quality paint, original nice interior, original glass,(some bubles in vent glass),very very nice trim(was NOS) and good chrome The car now has a set of almost new F70 14 redline bias tires. The bigger GP's came out in 1963.
