ENGINE RUNS GREAT!!!LIGHT FRESH WATER FLOOD!!! LOT RUNS/DRIVES !!! As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2001 Mercedes S430 with only 86k miles has no major exterior damage. It was sold as a light fresh water flood vehicle. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. We did not observe any extensive water signs inside the vehicle and its currently dry. We don't know how high the water levels ever got but overall interior condition indicates almost no water to very little or the water only wet the carpets and was never high enough to cause major damage. No signs of water in the trunk nor under the hood. Interior smells great!!! no damp water smell, no stains. All major electronics such as the Radio, Navigation, Climate control/heat, power windows/doors, Heated Seats, exterior/interior lights all in working order when photos were taken. Sunroof didn't want to open for some reason. The better news is that the car starts, engine runs great and we're able to drive it around the lot and on a side street. Engine runs excellent and sounds great. Interior is very clean as seen in the pics. Near mint condition with no major stains or smell. Nearly spotless interior!!! Pics clearly show the overall condition of the car. There's the obvious dent on the right fender and a light scrape along the right lower rear side/bumper but nothing major. Left side mirror seems to have caught onto something and doesn't hold in place when fully opened (it does close with the power fold button). Overall great condition and low mileage on this nice looking S class indicates that it was well maintained down to the great looking tires. Again, the car starts, engine runs great, all airbags in tact and we're able to drive it around within our lot. As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2001 Mercedes S430 with only 86k miles has no major exterior damage. It was sold as a light fresh water flood vehicle. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. We did not observe any extensive water signs inside the vehicle and its currently dry. We don't know how high the water levels ever got but overall interior condition indicates no water to very little or the water only wet the carpets and was not a high flood vehicle. No signs of water in the trunk nor under the hood. Interior smells great!!! no damp water smell, no stains. All major electronics such as the Radio, Navigation, Climate control/heat, power windows/doors, Heated Seats, dash display,exterior/interior lights etc all in working order. Sunroof doesn't open. The better news is that the car starts, engine runs great and we're able to drive it around the lot and on a side street. Engine runs excellent and sounds great. Interior is very clean as seen in the pics. Near mint condition with no major stains or smell. Nearly spotless interior!!! Pics clearly show the overall condition of the car. There's the obvious dent on the right fender and a light scrape along the right lower rear side/bumper but nothing major. Overall great condition and low mileage on this nice looking S class indicates that it was well maintained. Again, the car starts, engine runs great, all airbags in tact and we're able to drive it around within our lot. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES
We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.
We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed).
