1971 Honda CT70H VIN CT70H-120411 7/70 Build 4-Speed 72cc Engine #CT70HE-120528 You are viewing one of Honda' s most popular and collectible bikes of all time - a (fully restored) 1971 Honda CT70H/Trail 70. This is a matching numbered bike that has survived 40 years and is now in pristine condition for another 40. It is painted in the matching blue/green color that was only available on this particular model. Plus the fact its a four-speed makes it even more unique. I listed the miles as "10" on the refurbished speedometer however that is subject to change. Honda's slogan back then was "The fun of the 70's!" Here's your chance to enjoy the past in the present. Frame: Completely dissembled and repainted in matching Honda blue/green color courtesy Mike's Mini-Trail, Idaho. New decals and side badges were applied. New OEM chrome strip on frame top. Seat hinge and tank cover pc'd in gloss black. Battery box pc'd in silver. New CHP replica seat. New OEM fenders. Handlebars and cables are CHP replica's. New OEM grips and throttle assembly. New OEM brake/clutch levers with the brass fittings. Taillight is CHP replica bracket with new OEM light and lenses. Foot brake and skid plate are OEM re-chromed. Foot peg and kick stand assembly pc'd in glossy black and new springs, bearings and pivot pins. Suspension: Completely disassembled and worn parts replaced. Front new OEM fork guide, boots and slides. Rear are CHP replica shocks. Engine: Rebuilt by Gunderson Restorations, California. Completely disassembled, cleaned and all parts checked. New piston, rings, valves, both kick and shift shafts just to name a few. Complete new OEM exhaust. New OEM chain and drive sprocket. Rear 44T is from DrATV. Runs superbly! Wheels: PC'd in matching Honda Cloud Silver. New OEM bearings, Bridgestone tires and correct tubes with straight valve stems. Polished discs and new OEM brake shoes. Electrical: New wire harness connected to the correct style OEM ignition that comes with two keys and one has the factory rubber cover. New battery and OEM foot brake switch. OEM headlight high beam and dash lights work correctly. Headlight is stock so it has the correct horizontal and vertical adjustments and also works as if it were new. New taillight bracket with OEM taillight and lense. New OEM horn. Title: Clear AZ title (*Box C) in my name ready to be signed over to its new owner! Shipping: Sole responsibility of the new owner.
