I purchased this Infiniti FX45 from Ebay in 2007 with 58K miles on the odometer. I have to admit that I was a little worried about buying a car on Ebay, but it has been the best car that I have ever owned. I am only selling it now to downsize to a 2 door car, my kids are bigger now and I don't need a 4 door sport utility anymore. This FX was in great shape when I bought it, with several extras from the original owner, like XM satellite radio, a rechargeable K&N air cleaner, and blue marker lights to match the HID's. While I still had factory warranty, Infiniti replaced the CD player, head light and tail light recall (they were too bright) and the seat rails, which were rocking a bit when I bought it. I am a Mechanical Engineer, and I take very good care of my cars, so all service has been performed by me, or a shop that I trust. All scheduled maintenance has been performed per Infiniti's recommendations, and I have records for all the work. The tires were replaced in the fall, so plenty of tread is left. There is nothing mechanically the car needs, it will take you cross county if you decide to fly in and drive it home, like I did. I live close to RDU (Raleigh Durham International) and I'd be happy to pick you up at the airport. This FX is loaded, with every option that was available in 2003. This includes navigation, and a DVD player with a remote and two pairs of headphones. I have hard wired in a connector for mp3 players and smart phones, since my kids kept stepping on the aux input connectors in the back seat. Seat heaters, 6 CD Bose, Laser Cruise Control, Smart Keys (press the button on the door handle to lock/unlock and leave the key in your pocket), tire pressure monitors, navigation (Map version 6.7, 2008), adjustable headlight position, and Homelink are my favorites. Of course, the 320hp 4.5 liter V8 connected to AWD is the best part of the FX45, but you wouldn't be looking if you didn't know that! It handles and stops much better that 99% of the other sport utilities out there. There are some chips and scratches in the paint, and interior, but nothing that you wouldn't expect from an '03 w/ 122K miles. There were a couple tears in the drivers side seat bolster, which I repaired, you can't find them unless you're looking. Overall the paint shines, and the people are surprised to find out this isn't a lot newer of a vehicle. Included are two smart keys, headphones for the DVD system and remote control, owners manual and navigation map discs. Also have all weather floor mats for the feet wells and cargo area. Also included are touch up paint, and a spare driving light bulb. Please ask if there is any other information you would like to know, or pictures. I'm happy to help you.
