Vehicle Detail

1967 Camaro SS 427 Beautiful 1967 electric Blue 1967 Camaro ready for cruise nights and fun blasts down the road! This is a nice driver with white racing stripes, front and rear spoilers and gets thumbs up whenever we drive her- definitely a no frills cruiser in very nice overall condition- the pictures tell the story. The engine is a big block 427 which we recently had completely gone through by a reputable local shop. Work included: New Comp Cam New Bearings Polished Crank New Lifters Updated High Performance Oil Pan New Harmonic Balancer The engine puts out a lot of power, breathes through a Holley four barrel carburettor, has headers and a free flow dual exhaust system, runs great! It drives through a Richmond five speed transmission, a Kevlar clutch and has a twelve bolt posi rear end. Other work recently done: New Tubular Front Suspension Installed with new Coil Springs New Grant Sport Steering Wheel Installed (old Chevy Wheel included with sale) New Battery Electrical System Gone Through Front End Aligned The Camaro rides on a nice set of Boyd Coddingham rims, 17x7 on the front and 17x9 on the rear- the tires are in great shape with lots of tread left- they are 215/45 R17 Kuhmos mounted on the front and 245/45 R17 Kuhmos on the rear- the car sits nice and rides great on this set up, and the Camaro handles great! Other features of this Camaro are power front disc brakes, power steering and a nice center console with four gauges and a clock mounted in three instruments- the instruments all work (fuel, water temp, oil pressure and battery), although the clock does not work- go figure! It also has a tilt steering wheel. We only occasionally drive the Camaro on cruise nights and local cruising during the Spring, Summer and Fall months- it is garage kept and not driven in Winter. The winning bidder will be responsible to arrange for pick up and shipping as necessary, but we'll be glad to help out on our end to help with the pick up. Please look carefully at the pictures before bidding and contact me first if you have no feedback or are new on eBay- a $1000.00 deposit will be required by the winning bidder at the close of the auction, and I accept Paypal. This Camaro shows great and is a great driver, but it is not a show car, is driven on a regular basis and has normal minor chips and scratches in the paint. The interior is in nice shape, the body is solid and the Camaro has no issues- just a nice no frills car ready for the road. Please understand that this Camaro was restored to it's present configuration by the previous owner, and did not leave the factory as a SS 427- I'd be asking a lot more for the Camaro if it did! It's just a very fun, powerful and well sorted car well suited for cruising and local cruise nights. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions before bidding- I will accept a certified bank check for payment. I will also be glad to show the car locally for inspection or test drive- contact me to make arrangements. You can see a video clip of the Camaro starting up and running on youtube under drwc130_camaro.avi. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=drwc130_camaro.avi&oq=drwc130_camaro.avi&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=12&gs_upl=8586l10120l0l13936l6l6l1l0l0l0l112l452l4.1l5l0 Thanks for looking!
