Automatic This may be the epitome of the American luxury car - it is very, very impressive. This is a very nice example of a 2006 Lincoln Town Car. This Signature Limited luxury sedan practically defines elegance. It is in excellent shape both inside and out, and it runs and rides like a new car. Obviously, it has been well taken care of. It is loaded with features, including a moonroof, Premium audio with 6 CD changer, power pedals and rear park assist. This already well-equipped "Limited" model has about $3200 in factory options (moonroof, 6 CD changer, wheels and tri-coat paint) This Town Car has been in Florida since early 2007, so it hasn't been regularly exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. The exterior is in very good shape. There are no significant scratches, dents or dings, and the "Ceramic White Pearl" paint shines like new. This car looks FANTASTIC. ...but not perfect...There are 2 small, shallow dings on the roof, and 2 even more subtle dings on the hood. They are very minor and mostly invisible in most circumstances, and we could not get them to show up in pictures we took. The ones on the roof are noticeable as you enter the car because you are at eye level with the roof. Autocheck shows a minor accident in October of 2006. Whatever the problem was, we can't find any sign of it. The paint is all a perfect match all the way around, and the car runs and drives like a new one. Exterior enhancements include optional 17" eighteen spoke chrome wheels. Another nice option is the rear park assist feature. Sensors inside the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get to close to an object while in reverse gear. (You can not see the sensors in the 2006 and newer Town Cars, as they are inside the bumper. The interior is clean, and also in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in very good shape. There are clear plastic floor mats covering the carpeted mats up front. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory settings. Combined with the power adjust pedals, anyone can find a comfortable driving position. Both front seats are also heated. The rear seat is in excellent shape. Rear seat riders have plenty of legroom and their own A/C vents. This Lincoln offers a full compliment of luxury features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold dual-zone air conditioning; HomeLink universal gate/garage opener; trip computer with compass display; auto rearview mirror; tilt wheel; cruise control, and much, much more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, ABS and traction control. The SoundMark audiophile-quality sound system has an optional in-dash 6 CD changer. There is also a power glass moonroof with a sliding sun shade. There is an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a HomeLink universal gate / garage opener. The books and both remote key fobs are with the car. The trunk is clean and VERY roomy. The 4.6 liter V8 runs very well. It's rated at a healthy 239 hp and 287 lb-ft of torque. The tires have very good tread remaining all the ay around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage.
