This instrument shall bind, inure to the benefit of, and be exercised by heirs, assigns, and successors in interest of all interested parties.
This acknowledgment can only be modified in writing, signed by both Buyer and SUMMIT IMPORTS.
This acknowledgment supersedes all prior understandings of agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter.
This acknowledgment will be construed and governed under the laws of the State of Texas and venue would be appropriate exclusively in Houston, Harris County, Texas.

Final Payment must be in the form of cashiers check or bank wire. I accept funds from any bank, credit union, etc. Deposit via PayPal is non-refundable. Please note that any PAYPAL transaction over $1000.00 is subject to a 3% fee. Final payment must be received within 3 days or deposit will be forfeited and car will be placed up for sale again. All funds must clear my bank completely before the car can be picked up or delivered to transport.
Fee and Tax Information: Sales Tax - Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax.
Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state.
All sales are subject to Texas VIT Tax based at .00300 and a 125.00 documentary fee for buyers within the U.S.A. and a $195.00 documentation fee will be applied to buyers from outside of the U.S.A.
