1937 Ford 1937 Ford Slant back Sedan Cab only no frame as pictured. This car was stored in a Chicago warehouse from 1958 through 2007. With exception of the rusted out floors the sheet metal is in very good overall condition with no body rust through except under the trunk lid area (as pictured). Fire Wall/Roof/ Doors/Wheel Wells all solid far to good to scrap. I understand that many sections are interchangeable with other 1935 through 1940 Ford models. The front doors are Ford #1043 are a direct bolt in for 1937 and 1938 Sedan deliveries and or 1937 and 1938 Ford Standard or Deluxe 4door models. I understand they carry the same measurements as a club coupe from the belt Line down and have been used as donors by trimming the top of the door approximately 1/2" as it nears the B-Pillar and re-welding approximately 7" to conform to the club coupe roof line (measurements are pictured). The rear doors Ford #1057 are a direct bolt in for 1937 and 1938 Ford standard and deluxe 4Dr models. The Firewall and windshield have been used in 35 through 40 Ford cars and trucks. Roofs from this model have been grafted into 2Dr and 4Dr sedan models. The shell is located in the Chicago, Metro. on a body dolly.This is a pick-up only auction. The buyer can transport the shell on a ramped 6x12 open U-Haul trailer or other shipping arrangements can be made after action ends at the buyers expense. Sold with bill of sale.
