Vehicle Detail
This is a original 1967 Chevy Impala. This vehicle doesn't drive . The vehicle does have the original engine: a 283 cubic inch 4.6L Turbo Fire V8, that is the smallest of the V8's for this particular model. The windshield has a crack. The speakers are missing in the backseat. This particular car is the 4 door post version. This is a Georgia car that was kept in the garage from sun damage, and NEVER was driven in any wintery conditions. Eventually, the car was towed up north, and continues to remain in a garage. I had the vehicle inspected by a local mechanic who is very familiar with working with classic Chevrolets. In his report he stated the following: float in the carburetor is bad, trans front pump seal & trans pan gasket are leaking, front wheel cycle are leaking, and right front rubber brake hose has cracks in it. Recently, I had a new car battery installed because the previous one was old and dead. The car wasn't driven for a while, because grandfather's health didn't allow it. The car has NO fillers. According to the National Automobile Dealers Association aka NADA values the car at $4700 in as-is condition, and the car is priced way below that! It has the original exterior paint job of a sky blue. The vehicle does have some small surface rust spots equivalent to a size of a pencil eraser along the body in some areas and few scratches that can't be seen in the pictures. However, that can be taken care of easily and is not major rusting. The car has ALL of the emblems and original parts. Overall, the body is in good condition and so is the paint's coating. The car has exactly 47,416 miles. Also, has original tires as well. The under carriage is intact. Overall, this Impala needs some TLC from someone who loves classic cars and preferably Chevy. Repairs would be worth the investment for someone truly into classic cars and gives you a chance to customize it to your taste, as it will be worth more with the improvements done to it. Nice collectors item and a great addition to the family. The car is sold AS-IS. The car is being sold because I am moving out of state and do not wish to take it with me nor have the funds to invest the car as I would like to at the time. Buyers must have a down payment of $500 within the specified time, and the remainder of the payment within the specified time in the payment details section. The buyer is responsible for pick up and will need to be towed. So, please take into account the car weighs 3513 lbs and requires a strong towing vehicle or trailer. NOTE: Please only serious buyers. I am not selling parts of the car, but the whole car. NOT accepting offers outside of Ebay. If you have any further questions feel free to ask them, and happy bidding!
