1979 Chevrolet Camaro Berlinetta, 350 V8, auto, sunroof, aluminum wheels & cloth interior. This car was traded in by a local customer who purchased a farm and discovered this car in one of the sheds. The previous farm owner said it belonged to their son and had been sitting in the shed since 1981. It still had the 1981 plates on it. He then purchased the car also, he put some new tires on it and touched up the paint as needed. He has been driving it locally occasionally for last 5 years. We inspected it and replaced the original plugs, wires, cap & rotor. The brakes are like new on front and the rears are original. The body is clean except for the touch up job is less than perfect. The undercarriage is solid but it does have scaling surface rust as with any car of this age. It starts very nice, runs smooth, has decent power and shifts out good. It drives straight and doesnt have any rattles from suspension. This car is a very nice driver but it's not a show car. It could use a good paint job or at least a good wet sanding. The interior is decent and complete but it does have some fading. The seats sit nice and straight and rest of interior is nice. This car can be driven home, anywhere home is......I would drive it anywhere.
