What I have for sale is a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetline Original inline 6 with 3 speed on the column. Car is still 6 volt. New brakes wheel cyl lining and hoses.Fulton visor. Newer 560 Bias ply tires. Original 216 runs strong. Has a few oil leaks. I have driven this car as far as 120 miles round trip with no problems. The steering has developed quite a bit of slop and that will need to be addressed if you plan to drive it as is. Paint is in rough shape (down to metal on the roof) As far as rust goes. In the floor area at the bottom of the spare tire well is a hole I included a photo of that area.( Patch panels available reproduction) The rest of the floors are solid. On the outside of the car The front fenders look are starting to show signs of an old repair.I also included a photo of that area. On the passenger rear where the fender bolts to the body you can see through a sliver area of missing metal. NO CARPET NO HEADLINER. Seats have been re covered as well as door panels . Not TO SHOW STANDARDS but driver status This car has no major dents. It is missing two pieces of rear fender trim on the drivers side . This is a great candidate for a restoration.
