Up for auction is this 1972 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser. This is an original dry climate California survivor with it's original California blue plates. All paint is original and is very respectable for it's age and shines well. The interior is complete and in good condition. Straight, solid, and rust free body with some minimal dings from over the years. At one point the hood wasn't latched down and came open while driving down the road and the hood and front of the roof show minimal marks from the incident. Runs and drives well and everything works as it should: heater, wipers, lights, turn signals, all gauges, windows, doors, locks, etc. Currently registered with a clear California title. New B.F. Goodrich 31x10.50x15 all terrain tires, new pro comp shocks and steering stabilizer, new battery, & new clutch slave and master. Overall this is a very solid find as there are not many in this condition to be found and not many that are this original. Odometer reads a little over 95k miles and is believed to be original, but have no documentation to support that. Also included with the sale are a set of soft front doors, the front blue CA license plate, original cracked dash pad, and some other misc. mechanical parts.
