1999 Volkswagen "New Beetle" GLSRuns Great. Overall good condition. Great Gas mileage. Everyday driver, ready to go....Issues;1) Needs new hood. Wife encountered a deer.2) Needs ABS tire rotation sensor. ABS light on. Brakes and ABS tested and still work fine.3) Needs a vacuum and detail cleaning. Here's the story on the title.When the car was owned by the original owner, she ran over a parking lot cement safety stop in her parking space. The car's transmission / motor mount bracket broke. The insurance based on the labor need to take the motor and transmission completely out of the car to replace the bracket declared the car a total. The car was taken apart and put back together by a professional VW mechanic as a side project. I bought it from him for my daughter with 41000 on it and there is no problem. I will show the bracket to the buyer for his/her piece of mind.Nothing shady going on here. I wouldn't sell something I wouldn't use myself.
