This is another one of the vehicles which we provided to be used in a upcoming major motion picture thats loosely based on a real cool cowboy style bounty hunter who found fame in Southern CA for being a real tough guy. We can not disclose the name of the movie at this time, but keep a lookout for it next summer. This was a truck in which the two main bad guys are seen sitting inside and talking to each other while driving down the road. We will have several other classic GM 4x4's coming off of this movie within the next few weeks, we will put them up on ebay and let you guys have some fun. Finally about this beautiful very original 100% RUST FREE ALL #'S MATCHING 1985 CHEVY K20 4X4 SILVERADO, with its original issued blue and yellow CA plates.... This truck is fully loaded with all Silverado options including 350 V8, power windows, locks, cruise, tilt, A/C, sliding rear glass, dual gas tanks, tow package, off road tow hooks up front, etc etc... The factory 350 V8 motor is in excellent running condition, the truck runs the same way it did back in 1985, super smooth and all original. The factory heavy duty turbo 400 automatic 3-speed transmission shifts perfect into all gears including reverse. The factory NP 208 part time transfer case works perfect, and is a breeze to put into and out of 4 wheel drive. The factory GM Corp. 14 bolt semi floater is in excellent condition and has factory 4:10 gears in it, and a factory locker. The factory heavy duty 8 lug GM 10 bolt is also in excellent condition with a set of manual locking hubs. All the suspension is stock and in excellent condition. The wheels are the factory 16 inch steels which have been sand blasted, primered, and painted the correct refrigerator white GM wheel color before installing a set of factory GM stainless hub caps which are in excellent condition. The tires are new with less than 50 miles on them. The truck looks like a it came out of a time warp from the 80's. The truck starts, runs and drives like a dream and is very quiet, it pretty much runs and drives the same way as it looks. As you can see the exterior of the truck is in excellent condition, the truck is very straight and beautiful. The paint has minor nicks, scratches, imperfections, fading etc but overall very nice. The truck was originally black, it has a factory repaint in the 90's due to factory GM clear coat issues. All the emblems, grille, front and rear bumpers as well as the stainless towing mirrors are original and in very nice shape. The inside of the bed has seen some minor use its not perfect but its very nice, we were going to spray in Line-X liner in it but decided to let the new owner decide what to do with it, and this way everyone can see the nice condition before it gets covered up. The interior of the truck is in excellent condition, the studios wanted it restored to as close as possible to original, we did just that by taking taking the front bench seat apart and recovering and refoaming it to as close to original as possible, we also just installed a new headliner, new insulated carpeting with new heel pad, and a custom double stitched dash cover that looks fantastic. All other factory door panels, and plastics are in great original shape. All the lights and gauges work perfect. The stock radio has been replaced with a knob style radio which works, the dash has NOT been cut to fit a modern stereo in it. All A/C components are in tact, the system should work with a recharge but we have not tested it for leaks, it was not a factor for the studios. I think that should just about cover everything, if you notice something which I have left out please don't hesitate to call or write at any time. You will hard pressed to find another unrestored truck like this anywhere in the country in this condition, this truck will only go up in value.
