This can be positive as it cuts out the middleman, the dealer, and ultimately saves the customer money. As far as financing and extended warranties, this can provide to be an advantage to some customers in a few ways...
1. There is no stressful negotiations on financing rates.
2. You will almost always get a better rate going directly through your lender of choice which saves the customer money over the term of the loan.
3. You will save money on extended warranties by going directly through the provider.
As a small dealer, Madison Motorcars LLC has some unique abilities. We keep a low overhead. This allows us to list and sell our vehicles at the best prices. Many of our vehicles are listed well below the recommended Kelley Blue Book prices. We can find specific vehicles for our customers. There is no need to go dealer to dealer looking for that perfect vehicle. We provide free shuttle service from Baltimore Washington International Airport for all of our out-of-state customers. We provide custom shipping quotes and organize shipping for any customer that needs it.
Again, we specialize in internet sales, but welcome any walk-in customers. Madison Motorcars LLC puts a limited 1 month / 1,000 mile warranty on all of our vehicles. The warranty covers any powertrain items as well as Maryland State Inspection items (if performed). We reserve the right to have any inspections or repairs performed in-house or at our contracted repair shop. This does not mean that we won't honor this warranty to out-of-state buyers. It allows us to make sure the issue is not a result of misuse and ensure that the customer is not taken advantage of at an outside repair facility.
Vehicles sold out of Maryland do not have a buyers remorse period. Buyers remorse means if you buy a vehicle and 2 days later decide that you do not like it, you can return it to the dealer. Once sold, the vehicle is yours. However, we take great pride in our vehicles and stand behind them. If there is any issue that was not seen in the extremely thorough Maryland State Inspection process, grossly misrepresented, or not found on a test drive, we may work with you to take the vehicle back. Madison Motorscars LLC strives to stick apart from your average dealer and make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. After all, that is what all businesses should strive to achieve. We promise to disclose any information we can about the condition of the vehicle prior to the sale so this should never be an issue, but will do anything in our power to reconcile if needed.
