Please keep in mind this is a 1974 and not a 2011, and it has NOT been restored it is a "survivor" car. If you are looking for a "frame off" restoration that cost 100k then this is not the right car for you. If you are looking for a solid and clean car that is not a project or a rust bucket then this is the one for you. It could easily have a V8 dropped in her and tear up some black top. I am VERY realistic in my Reserve, no I dont think it is worth 10k, nor on the other side is it worth 1,000 bucks. Out of fairness to all bidders please I will not disclose reserve. If this Vega does not meet reserve I am known to offer it to the highest bidder anyway, so what this means is dont be cheap and try and bid 800 bucks, we all know its worth more, and you may still get the chance to own it if you are the high bidder!! Please please please only bud if you are serious and have cash in hand. Also research transportation costs you dont want to buy and then find out its 1,000 bucks to transport to your state. Your eyes are not playing tricks on you this is a super clean all original 1974 Chevy Vega with only 43k! You just cant find an all original little Vega like this anymore. Most of these cars are either in the scrap yard or have been turned into V8 cut up tubbed Drag cars. This little cruiser is as clean a Vega as I have seen in many many years. This cars is NOT a rust bucket and in fact has no real rust issues! Look close at the pics. All pans, trunks, etc are awesome! The car appears to have had one repaint many years ago and is the factory correct color. The paint shows well but is not perfect but is very presentable and makes the car look nice. It is a nice 10 footer for sure. The interior is very very clean and appears to be original and looks like a 2-5 year old car, its that nice. The dash, door panels, headliner, etc are all in awesome shape and again look like a 2-5 year old car but I would never call them "perfect." This little Vega runs out strong and does not have any mechanical issues i can see. When I got the car in I replaced the valve cover gasket, trans pan gasket, serviced the trans, put a New old stock radiator in her, flushed the cooling system and touched up the engine bay by painting the valve cover and carb cover. It also has has a fresh tune up. Yes it does leak a little fluid, after all it is a 1974. I would day it leaves a quarter size drop over a 2-3 week period. The glass is in great shape as well. Pictures really dont do this little guy justice. All my customers comment on how cute and clean it is, and they all say I had one of those in highschool etc... If you want the cleanest little VEGA around and you want it original this is the car for you! The odds of finding another one like this again are slim to none.
